Data recovery

If your data support crashes, or your computer is corrupted or infected with a virus, you may lose your data. During a data recovery, we ask € 30 to support our service in question and we will evaluate if the data is recoverable. In the positive case, we ask for an additional € 70 to finalize the recoveries. This package does not include the disk used to return the data. Either you provide us one, or we sell you an external disk of 1000GB at the price of € 120.

Any computer needs an operating system in order to function. There are three options: Windows, Linux and Mac OS (the latter only available for Apple computers). Windows, although often pre-installed on a computer, is fee-based and usually comes with a license key. Mac OS is free as long as your Mac is eligible, and Linux is completely Open-Source, which means it is free and installable on a device of your choice. This package includes the installing or upgrading of your operating system to a newer and improved version. For Windows, a license key will be required. This key is usually written on one of the sides of the computer or under the battery in case you own a laptop. If you do not have a Windows license yet, we can sell you one at the price mentioned at the end of the service book.
